I'm assuming it must be quite low as the pressure adaptors reduce it to 1.5
bar anyway.  So it must be lower than that either than or the zones are too
big.

One other thing to check is that the screw on adaptor or water timer
usually have a fine wire filter in the end and if you have a double check
valve tap the filter gets pinched against the internal part of the tap and
this restricts the flow.  Pad the adaptor or timer with an extra washer to
make sure the filter isn't being crushed.  I had to do this with the lidl
timer unit I bought the other week <mode=holding head in shame> no
Cat5e in
the greenhouse yet so can't use the solenoid valves </mode>.
