**What about Co-Ax for TV/FM/TiVo/Sky/Sky +? Some CT100 or CT125
satellite grade stuff works good!!

**Speaker wire for whole house audio / announcements? (possible to
use cat 5, if sounds quality isnt that important).

**Cables for CCTV picture feed and power?

**Alarm cable for sensors / door contacts? (could use cat 5)

**Also, if your thinking of Comfort Alarm, you need screened cable
for keypads at least!
