Talking about lightning - a bit of drama here just now:

I was outside and there was an almighty loud explosion sound and then a

d crackling, just like a firework - looking over to the fields about a
mile=
away and the corn was on fire.

Fire engine turned up to try and put out the flames - looks like the power

lines are down in the field so maybe the substation blew up (or someone

pped the pole down!)
