It isn't the "normal" behaviour.

is Stuart Booth - www.xapframework.net.

His stuff is all written in .NET so componentisation is easy for him -
those of us writing in VB6 / Java / Python etc. are just writing
lightweight xAPplications rather than having a full hub implementation
in every app.
