High end, er, you are talking composite, about as low end as you can get ;)

So just use tuner boxes that have composite output? Or did I miss
something?

I would say 5 freeview boxes would be good if you can get a signal. There
are some small ones on the market you should be able to find space for
them?
Just make sure you get one that outputs composite on the scart ;)
