Re: Slim MP3 - what amp and speakers for Kitchen



I bought a pair of powered studio monitors for that very same purpose -
I was tempted by computer speakers, but they are all a bit tinny.

I use them with an Exstreamer, which has built in volume/bass/treble
control, so I didn't need to adjust the speakers once they were set up.
I don't know anything about the Slimp3 - but if it doesn't do that then
self powered speakers might be a problem (you would have to keep
climbing up to them the twiddle the knobs!)
