I originally put on Red Hat Linux 9.0 and then yum upgraded it this
weekend all the way to Fedora Core 2; kiosk runs nicely with a 2.6 kernel
and touchscreen driver works perfectly once you've calibrated it.  The
latest Linux Format mag has a bootable DVD with Fedora Core 2 on it if you
don't fancy the huge download.

(Mine's currently sitting in a corner with a Hauppage card in it running
xawtv as a kind of overweight lcd tv replacement)
