ADSL router recommendation

Hi all,

I've searched the archives and seen nothing obvious. I need to
replace my Vigor 2600 ADSL router because I'm sick of it crashing on
me when I'm away from home. The only three criteria that really
worry me about the replacement are:

it must support multiple external fixed IPs.
it must not crash/freeze the second I leave the house.
it must support PAT.
