Smoke Detectors

I am looking for smoke and heat detectors to add to my comfort zones,=20
has anyone come accross mains units (with battery backup) that can be=20
interfaced directly to the zone inputs on comfort.

I like the appearance of the Kidde Slick units on TLC but they appear=20
to need a relay base plate at =A315 a pop in order to interface to an=20
alarm.

Are there any other options??
