OT: V.O.D. Frontend

Pleeeaaassseeee Help!

I am currently in the process of trying to put together a front end
(web based) menu system that enables me to show my dvd's and then I
can either watch the trailer of the film or click to watch the Film
(Divx) that I have backed up to my HDD.

The reason being is that sometimes I find myself with some spare
time on my hands at the office and would like to be able to connect
to my home video server and be able to download or strem the video
from work.

Does anyone know of such an application where I can import DVD
profiler information aswell?
