[OT-ish] Import duty

Hi all,

Sorry for the OT-ish post, but if you see what I'm after then it might
be of interest to some others as well.

I've been looking at importing an Archos AV480 (

from the good old US of A and am trying
to classify this product so it attracts the least amount of Duty.
Reading on the HM Customs and Excise website (
http://www.hmce.gov.uk/public/shopping/shopping.htm
) and following
the guide to finding the 10-digit commodity code at TARIC (
http://europa.eu.int/comm/taxation_customs/dds/cgi-bin/tarchap?Lang=EN
) I am having trouble finding the best (read: least) Duty rate.  Can
anyone better 14%?
