Apart from loads of ports being blocked, all normal Port80 and Port445
requests
go via Proxy Servers and Webscanners.

Any site deemed inappropriate receives the "Black Screen Of
Death" at which
point the IP address of the machine and the attempted URL have been logged
:-(

Worst thing about that setup is that many of the pop-ups on sites that have
been quite legitimately visited result in Webscanner warnings because of
where
the advert is hosted etc.

It also hinders genuine attempts to do the job properly. Googling for help
on a
programming topic will often throw up a link that should help but many web
forums are classified as "Chat" sites and barred by the web
scanners :-(
