I know that in the past, some of the IPs used by RH have been added to
some spam RBL lists. I can't remember wether this was due to an RH
customer spamming, or one of the other companies using the same co-lo
provider as RH spamming.

Laser use RBL at SMTP time, so they reject any message coming from SMTP
servers on RBL lists.
