RE: (OT) Rapid hoster Virus emails

Ok, not trying to get into an RH is at fault thing - because I don't hold
this opinnion, I would like to understand what is happening....

I have been trying to reply to a message from Marie at Laser since last
week (I guess I should pick up the phone really and call). Each time I
reply to her message it is bounced on the basis that it has been picked up
by their virus filter - this is 3 or 4 times now I think. I have been
meaning to e-mail/speak to Li about it but not had time yet.....

So, can anyone explain how this happens please.... Marie sent me a message
which she originated, I use the RH web interface to try and reply. The next
thing I know is it is in my inbox (still on the web interface) as
undeliverable.
