I dont know, but I'd wager that it will go into the same bucket that=20
all Mechanical Copyright licence fees go into.  This is when a (eg)=20
pub has a licence for the jukebox they pay an annual fee.  The=20
collected dosh is apportioned to The Big Sellers of Music.

Thus if you were to buy the lute recording Mr Harrison mentioned=20
earlier, Mr Harrison's artist would get zero, zilch, nada, but=20
whoever sells this years most popular CD will get the lions share,=20
and split on thus down a list.=20

Just another example of how the music industry isnt fair.
