I wonder where the additional =A32 is actually going?

CD-Wow arent going to suddenly starting paying more to their suppliers.

Was the ruling that they have to source CD's destined for the UK from
within the EU? I guess the =A32 could cover their costs in sourcing from EU
as opposed to HK.

Otherwise are they just going to be making more profit shipping identical
goods.
