Sorry for the OT post, but I am running out of patience.

I have a Pioneer 105 DVD-RW - Firmware V1.33 which has been great for a
year.

I am trying to burn a 4.2Gb backup DVD for storage offsite, but I can't.

I get an error from Nero after it has done all the burning saying it can't
finalise the disk.

I have tried 4 different media types - all premium brands and reducing the
write speed to 1x (although it seems to write all the data OK). The
annoying thing is if I write it to a ISO and burn that it works fine at 4x
on all media.

I have the NERO logs if it would make any difference - I couldn't
understand any of it.

Failing that I might stick it on Ebay and get a 106!

TIA,
Tim.
