RE: OT : Filtered Water Taps
Yep and I bought the Platinum 90 and it rocks.. Funny story from my mate
who
bought one for his Fiancee.. Her dog had cronic kidney stones and wouldn't
ever drink the water she put down for him (used to drink from puddles and
the bird bath etc..) Anyway, he bought this for her (he already had one
after my recommend) and she filled the dogs bowl from the same tap.. Not
only did he drink it but he got better ahhh what a lovely story but it is
true thats the funny thing.. I just like that my coffee (I am a fanatic do
the whole fridge thing and all) and tea both taste a lot better as does the
water which used to be truely crap.. Come to think of it.... I should get a
damned commission !!!
Anyway, hope that sways you as it is supreme.. Bloody expensive but well
and
truely worth it.
The expensive bit is the damned fitting... almost ?350 for 3hrs work !!!! I
am thinking about the softener too but cannot afford it right now..

Which one did you go for? And did you buy direct from them?

These guys aren't cheap but there are a lot of options and it uses reverse
osmosis so there is nothing in there.. Scale, minerals all reduced to a
clinical level..Oestrogen is removed to so no more mood swings... :-)
Everything seems to taste a lot better now.

Disclaimer: I don't work for them (wish I did I would have got it cheaper)
and have no interest or affairs with them other than as a consumer of their
products product.. Clear enough ?? :-)

Can't remember any details right now, as I'm at work.
However, I do remember that it was bought from the East Midlands Water
Company, who's details were mentioned in an earlier post....
