Quick update on my stupidity after a day at work!

I've actually put the <meta http-equiv="refresh"
content="1; pagename.htm"
Target="leftframe" />  in the <head> of the page I'm
loading in the Right
frame in the hope that it will change the page in the left frame.

Point taken about CSS and Javascript - I'm just trying to be quick and
azy  - My teachers always used to say "more effort required
Fuller!"
