Here's an off the wall question...

I live in a 1995-built suburban house - as you may guess, I do _not_ have
a
large garden.

What I'd be interested in is excavating out a workshop about 15' x 20',
tanking it, then covering the top with something structural, and finally
relaying a lawn on the top... Is anyone aware of a company that does
this...
I can manage the interior finish (plaster / plasterboard / electrics /
CAT5
etc. ) myself....
