First of all, I apologise for not responding to your message in a timely
manner. We do not appear to have your message on our answering machine.
However, we also have the BT Call Minder service that we sometimes omit to
check. Every call to us is important and I will ensure that someone will
call you today. Once again, please accept my sincere apology.
