I know exactly what you mean ... i think.

The ones I have seen are about 12" in diameter, project hundreds of
white lights and turns about 1 rpm.
I can't see any on the normal DJ supplies shops though.

not spinning as in nightclub spinning
I have seen it used with kids rooms
it slowly revolves
