IMHO in the normal domestic build it's not easy to run ducting/conduit in
such a way that it facilitates cabling at a later date.
That's not to say it's impossible but I feel that it's easier to flood wire
to start with.
The only problem then is defining "flood" wiring, one man's
"flood" might
well be another man's "trickle" :-)
