Also remember Cat5e cable is not just for networking otherwise you could
just use a small hub in each room.  It's just 8 core cable.  So can be used
to

- Power relays
- LCD displays
- Light LEDS
- Used for low voltage switches
- Link devices from one room to next
- A/V transfer using KAT5 modules
- temperature sensors
- the list is endless

The more cable the better, it may seem mad now but in years to come you'll
thank us.
