Hello Mike

Do you have any URLs or more information on the Welsh systems?

Thanks

Tracey

Costs seems high and speeds seem low

Where available in North Wales it is

2meg up and down

10 meg within the cell so neighbour to neighbour is 10 meg

=A322 per month

Being stuck out in a rural area I'm not at all likely to see BT Broadband
for some time yet.
Our local exchange has a trigger point of 400 and we only have 157
registered.
On top of this looking the the BT web site tells me that I would only get
512k at best due to my distance from the exchange.

A local computer outfit is advertising Wireless Broadband and has already
got service to several villages in this area so I'm considering this
servic=

The service is advertised as 512k download, 256k upload for =A323.50 a

with a minimum term of two years.

However before I approach them I thought I'd ask the list if there are any
salient questions that I should be asking?

Thanks

Tracey
