Yet another TV Media Adaptor Alternative...

I know this topic has been done to death on here, but just in case
there are other people out there who like me dont fancy using Windows
anywhere it's at all avoidable...

ElGato has created a nice device called the "eyeHome" which
complements
their "eyeTV" PVR product, they require Mac OS X on the server
but
interfaces well with all of Apple's iApps. Also the UK version
surprisingly includes S-Video, Component Video and Optical outputs -
which it's US counterpart doesn't have.

Also the interface is (IMHO) nicer than most of the alternatives out
there at the moment... but then it would be if it's aimed at Mac users
:)
