Been running it for ages, no problems at all.

I'd suggest running it for something like extra 4 mins, that way you can
tell it's running from the odd lenghts of programs like 34min shows.... :)
That said it's never stopped running since I loaded it.

It's well worth running, but bear in mind that if a show follow immediately
afterwards Endpad won't be able to do anything, I've been caught like this
once. Rather annoyingly.
