Automated Garage Doors whose got one ?

And I dont consider an electric door opener to be automated ! I see an
automated Garage Door opener to be one that can link to the house
controller - ie homevision, comfort.
So, does anyone have an opener that can be forced closed (as opposed to
hacking the toggle switch they come with) ??
