Possibly, not sure though.
A suggestion on the RNIB's site was an Orange phone with the Wildfire
voice activated service.... that'd just need a single speed dial
programmed.
I messed around with Wildfire a bit when it first came out a few years
ago; I've no idea what the service is like nowadays.... it certainly
lets you do things like say "call Bob" and that sort of thing.
