Bum - thats what i was hoping - its was just that the connector looked the
same as the standard IDE ribbon plug :(

How are you going to install the new drive into the desktop pc?

If that is what you mean? as it is a 2.5" drive. Unless you have a
connector, or external box for it.

You cannot just plug it into your 3.5" pc connector.
