It won't work. KAT5 relies on the conductive properties of copper to be
able to send an electrical signal from point A to point B.

The copper->fibre transceivers are for converting electrical signals
conforming to the *Ethernet* standard (for voltage, polarity, frequency,
current etc) from one medium to the other.

Since KAT5 is sending a balanced video/audio signal any transceiver will
not
work as KAT5 does not talk Ethernet.

*** Connecting one may destroy your KAT5 and/or transceiver ***
