I'd seriously leave this as a LAST resort ... scare you and your admins
silly by using :

http://www.elcomsoft.com/download/pwsex.zip

to simply open the SAM and crack it.. If you can log in to the machine with
ANY user then try this first to reveal the passwords...

Scared me, but also helped me a lot too :D
