VPN software

Can someone point me in the right direction to get some info on
implementin=
g VPN on my home network and HA server so I can access it from a
laptop/Poc=
ket PC? I.e. what=92s the best software to run and what else do I need?

I have a good firewall/router and run Windows 2003 Server behind it. Also

ave a block of static IP=92s if that makes any difference?
