Not only do other countries allow sockets in bathrooms, but they also
don't insist on all the metal items in bathroom being connected
together with nice green and yellow stripy wires, so that when a
fault occurs everything sits there at a pleasant 230V (as it did in
my parent's house).
The most dangerous thing in this country right now is a bored HSE.
