Well, have any of you guys actually been *TOLD* anything about this other
than through here?

I went into B&Q the other day and bought a couple of packs of double
sockets
plus a pack of light switches ... Surely the DIY outlets should be making
Joe public aware that they are possibly about to be in breach of the law
but
there were no handouts to make me aware that as a possible "Readers
Digest
Book of Home DIY" follower I might be about to null my insurance and
make my
house unsellable.

How dare you possibly consider increasing your charges to the poor consumer
... As a responsible and patriotic businessman you should absorb all such
increases until you go bankrupt.

But Ken - don't you feel comforted that our heads of state are busying
themselves with making our lives so much safer and more fulfilling (whilst
at the same time distracting us from their abusing their positions by
burying themselves up to the sack in whatever nearby bit of totty / serial
adulteress just happens to want an immigration visa / bigger council house
/
free holiday).

Cynical and jaded?

Me?

Noooooo....

Phil
