Yup same here. I'v got parranoid lately and reg test mine with smoke
matches. All I can say is it takes plenty of smoke and a fair few
seconds before it triggers comfort.
So I know they work but just how mch would a fire have taken hold by
the time they go off?
Traditional alarms go off when you burn the toast! Which OK is
annoying but isnt that kinda the point?
