Not sure either of these have anything to do with SKY+ or plasma.  I
seem to get lip synch problems with Sky almost as a matter of course -
didn't use to happen (...well sound does travel slower than
light...) and the BBC News always seems to have a black strip on the
right hand side.

Amstrad box and a CRT in my case.

And another grumble... b****y quality is steadily going down hill
across the board still.  Makes me tempted to look at NTL cable - is
that any less squashed?
