Unless the room layout constrains the socket location, I'd suggest at
least running cable to more than one wall, even if you don't terminate
it. Also, run more cable than you have space for sockets - you can
always sink another box, or swap to a wallplate with more modules, and
it'll be useful the odd cable breaks.

The same goes for all the other rooms/locations as well.

Also, are you running cat5 to your light switches?
