Alarm system recommendation needed.

Hi,

I'm looking for a new alarm system for my parents house, and am after some
recommendations.

I use a comfort alarm in my house, and feel that it is a little too
expensive
and complex for their needs.

Their needs are:
Alarm box located in a central position.
Alarm keypad located in the hall be the front door.
Single key activation (no pin code to activate the alarm)
Pin code to deactivate
Wired PIR's
Alarm ring around list (list of numbers for the alarm to ring when there is
a
problem)

Niceties;
X10 interface
Wireless PIR support
CCTV interface - although I'll probably use a network cam (axis or similar)
for remote access.
Voice intercom

Any help or pointers most welcome.
