I really am looking for a no mucking about solution - modding amps and the
like is not what I want to be doing with my spare hours ! Plus, I'm crap
at electronics. I've got the right relay for my comfort to garage door
opener and thats going to be a challenge to make sure I wire up 4 pins the
right way !
I'm no closer to my "dream" ... :-(

No, not a technical problem I agree. It's more a reflection of no
suitable transformers on the kits & modules pages of the CPC catalogue
I
was looking at.
