Yes, but they really are rubbish. If you search the archive, this was all
covered a while back.

Basically, all the 'keys' on the screen are fixed and pre-done. You map all
our existing remotes 'keys' onto the remotes keys, like PLAY, FFWD, RWD,
etc
etc. But sooner rather than later you come to a key like 'Tape counter
reset' (from my video remote), and the isn't one on the learning remote. So
you map it to the, err,  'aux1'. That's OK, but then the 'A->B' turns up
and
you map that to 'Repeat' or somesuch. So before you know it dozens of keys
are mapped to all sort of of random other buttons, which you can never
remember, and nor can SWMBO and then the real trouble starts - she starts
getting the old remotes out and the mission is aborted....

Save the grief, spend the extra or look on Ebay and get a basic Philips
Pronto... it'll be better in the long run.
