I have one box the fatboy which is dedicated to my AV storage and backing
up
of windows / linux  et al boxes regularly (hour intervals for dev boxes 1
day intervals for others)... All this is done automatically over the
network
with some scripts I wrote.

No one likes losing data.

regularly backed up (nightly). Even then they are only backed up to hard
drives on some of the other PCs on the network.  The others would have to

rebuilt from scratch on HD failure - a frightening thought.
