Heating control suggestions

Hello all,

I am debating how to install a better heating control system in my
flat.

Requirements are:
Individual control of heating and hot water 2-3 times per day
Separate program for week days and weekends.
Easy override of control, i.e. heating continuously on, hot water
continuously on.
Extra hour control for heating and HW, so one hour of either on
press of a button
Interface to HA system so can control from a web browser or the
like / ability to interface to the house from externally.
Link to an external temperature sensor, to allow the system to turn
on if the outside temp drops below a certain value.

I would like to have a system where the heating settings can still
be controlled manually from a normal control panel on the wall, but
can also be controlled from a web interface external to the house.
Options for the web interface include using a home server, or better
yet a TINI running a webserver, linked to the house ADSL line.

I need to have the normal control panel as I don't want to have to
boot up a PC to change the heating settings, but when I am out of
the house i.e for a weekend away, it would be nice to be able to set
the heating to be off for the weekend, but turn on 30 mins before we
come home. I am assuming that I don't know when we will return so
can't set the control panel before we go away.

Does a product exist to do this, or am I being a little too
adventurous?

TIA,

Simon
