Net meeting for PPC?

Hi,
I have just replaced my old pda with a nice shiney new Ipaq 4150. After
a bit of playing around with it have got vpn into work, mobile Lotus
Notes even pocket VNC. All working great.
But what I want now is an instant messenger/netmeeting type client for
it. Now MSN messenger is included in WM2003 but our firewall blocks MSN
and AOL etc so ideally I want something that can be run internally and
dosen't need to go through anyone elses servers.
Netmeeting would be an ideal choice but I can't find a PPC client.
Does anyone know of such an app? Setting up another box inside the
network isn't a problem if we need to run our own server, so I'm pretty
much open to suggestions.
