How localised is the issue?

The mains lead from the other room may help resolve the problem if it
is mains borne, but if not, are we talking interference anywhere in
the room, or is it in particular spot. How far away is the room in
which you don't have the problem?

Can you describe the flickering further, is it a slight wave, or are
you getting full screen issues?

Also, what frequency are you running the monitor at, and at a long
shot, what lighting do you have?

I worked at a place developing mobile phones, that had as a wonderful
idea, a mast installed on site at great cost.

Was only turned on for one day as made the screens flicker terribly!
