I agree this isn't really the place to discuss it, but in my experience
(and I have several sites hosted with Rapid) there aren't that many
problems with it.

Maybe you've just been unlucky, and have had more than your share, but I
wouldn't say it goes wrong "fairly regularly".  From talking to
people
using other companies, Rapid isn't any worse than most of the others out
there.

Like you say - you get what you pay for, and at the price we're getting
I for one aint complaining :-)
