Re: Where is Chris Bond

I agree that you get a lot for your money Mark, except support.

The three times I have had a problem, Chris has ignored the tickets I have
raised until I have chased him via Email.

*My* experience is that the support is absolutely appalling which is why I
said that you get what you pay for.

I guess Chris may be on holiday or something but if he is providing a
service, he should make arrangements for times when he is away or
unavailable.

I must admit, I haven't read the small print which may contain a clause
such
as "Support is on a when I get a round tuit basis"

Anyway, this isn't really the forum for debating this but as Chris does
provide a *sort* of service to UKHA_D'ers, I thought I should raise the
issue so that anyone thinking of moving to Rapid hoster knows that for £20
pa, as you pointed out, you get web hosting, ftp, unlimited email accounts
etc but if it goes wrong (as it does seem to fairly regularly) you can wait
days before Chris does anything to correct the problem..

Probably best to close this thread now, unless anyone knows how I can get
hold of the elusive Chris Bond!

Thanks

Neil
