Yep, mine died at about 13 months. It's spooky how they fail just
outside the manufacturer's warranty ;)

Nevertheless, speak to the retailer you bought it from, and they'll
probably be sympathetic. Legally, you're entitled to expect the thing
to last more than a year. I appreciate your point that it ought to be
Marmitek who sorts it out, but outside of warranty your sole recourse
is the supplier you originally bought it from. No doubt they will make
their own arrangements with Marmitek.
