OT: Need program to organise my files ARGHHH !

Dear All,

I know that many of you here have to manage lots of files and documents
etc. I for both my work and home life find myself going around in circles
trying to find files.....

Before I go on, if any of you have not experienced anything better than
searching for files based only on their names, then the best way of moving
you into the new way of searchingis to look at a product called X1.

It allows you to search for WORDs in ANY document, email attachment etc. So
if you know you've got something somewhere you will be able to find it with
this product.

Although this is a good product, I'm really looking for a system to manage
all of my files into sections or something... infact I'm not totally clear
on what I need.. any help or ideas would be very greateful.
