I don't think it is there, but Richard Helmke on the HomeSeer help desk
told me there was a 220 V version of the TI103 available with a UK plug
called the TI203 and that it could be special-ordered for $129.

I don't know about any 220V USB interface.  If you'd prefer that you might
ask the company.
